El Team Medellín culmino tercero en la clasificación por equipos y octavo en la CG del Tour of Taihu Lake con Oscar Sevilla
Con título para el neozelandés Dylan Kennett (St George Continental Cycling) y victoria parcial para el italiano Marco Benfatto (Androni Giocattoli) culminó este martes en China, la edición 2019 del Tour of Taihu Lake.
Kennett que ganó la tercera etapa y fue Top 5 en las cinco jornadas restantes se quedó con el título de esta prueba en la que los hombres rápidos en los últimos metros tuvieron la más amplia posibilidad de alcanzar la victoria. Podio final en el que estuvo acompañado por el belga Boris Vallée (Wanty Gobert Cycling Team) y el austriaco Matthias Brändle (Israel Cycling Academy) que ocuparon la segunda y tercera posición respectivamente.
La participación del Team Medellín en esta prueba, dejó grandes destellos de calidad a lo largo de las seis jornadas disputadas, con su líder Oscar Sevilla que culminó en la octava posición de la clasificación general.
El conjunto de la capital antioqueña, además finalizó tercero en la clasificación por equipos, ubicó a tres hombres en el Top 15 y dejó a Harold Tejada que se despide con rumbo al WorldTour, tercero en la clasificación de los jóvenes.
